Mein Interesse für den Tanz wurde durch das Ballett "Der Kuss der Fee" geweckt, das ich ganz romantisch mit 18 Jahren zusammen mit meiner Freundin in einem alten Wasserschloss gesehen habe. Das Ballett stammt von Igor Strawinsky, der darin viele Melodien von Peter Tschaikowsky verwendet hat. Zwei Jahre später habe ich begonnen, selber klassisches Ballett zu tanzen. Kurz danach kamen indischer Tanz und spanischer Tanz hinzu und zehn Jahre später auch afrikanischer Tanz und einige indianische Tänze sowie der Fünf-Rhythmen-Tanz. Nach und nach habe ich alles an Tanz ausprobiert, was ich erreichen konnte und was interessant aussah. Dabei habe ich immer wieder nach der "Quelle des Tanzes" gesucht und habe sie schließlich in meinem eigenen Herzen gefunden. Wenn das, was in meinem Innersten lebt, ungehindert durch meine Psyche in meine Haltungen und Bewegungen fließen kann, wird es zu einem Tanz des Herzens. Nachdem ich entdeckt hatte, dass die Dinge, die ich in der Meditation und in der Magie erlebt und gelernt hatte, auch auf den Tanz übertragen konnte, wurde das Tanzen noch lebendiger - man kann aus den Wünschen in seinem Herzen heraus durch klare innere Bilder und mit ihnen übereinstimmende äußere Bewegungen die Lebenskraft lenken. Dann strahlt die Quelle des Tanzes im eigenen Herzchakra durch die übrigen sechs Chakren nach außen - die Identität wird in drei Stufen erst zu einem hemmungslosen Wünschen, dann zu einem Gestalten der Situation, in der man sich befindet, und schließlich berührt man seinen Bewegungen die Welt. In einem solchen Tanz kann die Selbstliebe aufglühen, die Freude über das Leben Ausdruck finden - dann werden die eigenen Bewegungen zu einem Tanz des Herzens. Ich stelle den Tanz in diesem Buch auch aus astrologischer Sicht dar und ebenso in seiner historischen Entwicklung von der Altsteinzeit bis heute, da auch diese beiden Sichtweisen das Potential des Tanzes deutlicher machen.

Since about 1985, crop circles have become a more well-known phenomenon. In the meantime, about 10,000 crop circles have appeared in more than 50 countries. However, well over half of them come from southern England in the area of Stonehenge, Woodhenge, Silbury Hill, White Horse and other prehistoric monuments. Some of them can be proved to have been made by humans, but others just as certainly have not been made by humans - this is not the starting situation one would wish for as a researcher ... In the present book 300 of these crop circles are examined more closely. It turns out that they contain approx. 100 elements which appear in many crop circles. Their geometrical form has an easily recognizable meaning. Therefore, with the help of these "words", the crop circles composed of them can be read like "sentences". The meaning is almost always the same: a representation of how individuality unfolds. Therefore, there are many similarities with astrology or the chakra system, for example. This analytical approach is complemented by 50 dream journeys into individual crop circles, which makes the picture that arises from the analytical observation of the crop circles even more rounded. Thereby a first impression can be gained of the language of the collective subconsciousness - which words and which grammar it uses: It is a "music of geometry".
