The 2023 2nd International Conference on Information Economy, Data Modeling and Cloud Computing (ICIDC 2023) was therefore held during June 2nd to 4th, 2023 in Nanchang, China (hybrid form). El riesgo crediticio es uno de los aspectos más críticos en la gestión financiera de las entidades que ofrecen productos y servicios de crédito, como las mutualistas. La capacidad de estas instituciones para identificar, gestionar y mitigar los riesgos asociados con la morosidad de sus clientes es crucial no solo para su sostenibilidad financiera, sino también para mantener la estabilidad del sistema financiero en su conjunto. En los últimos años, los avances tecnológicos y el acceso a grandes volúmenes de datos han permitido a las mutualistas y otras instituciones financieras adoptar técnicas avanzadas de modela-do para predecir y gestionar el riesgo crediticio de manera más efectiva. Dentro de este contexto, el presente estudio tiene como objetivo desarrollar un modelo algorítmico que permita predecir el riesgo crediticio en mutualistas, basándose en dos variables fundamentales: la morosidad y el rendimiento financiero. La morosidad, entendida como el incumplimiento en el pago de las obligaciones crediticias, es un indicador clave de la calidad de la cartera crediticia de una entidad. Por otro lado, el rendimiento financiero refleja la capacidad de la entidad para generar ingresos y mantener su viabilidad a largo plazo. Ambos factores están estrechamente relacionados, y su análisis con-junto puede proporcionar una visión más precisa del riesgo crediticio que enfrenta una mutualista. El enfoque adoptado en este estudio se basa en el uso de técnicas de aprendizaje automático, como la regresión con árboles de decisión, para modelar la relación entre la morosidad y el rendimiento financiero. Estas técnicas permiten no solo identificar patrones complejos en los datos, sino también generar predicciones precisas sobre el comportamiento futuro de los clientes y su probabilidad de incumplimiento. Además, el uso de algoritmos de aprendizaje automático facilita la integración de grandes volúmenes de datos, lo que permite a las mutualistas aprovechar al máximo la información disponible para tomar decisiones informadas y estratégicas.

Comparative Genomics is the field of knowledge dedicated to the analysis and comparison of genes and genomes. The scientific areas comprised in this field include subjects as diverse as (just naming a few): 1) the development of algorithms for the alignment of genes, whole genomes, short- and long sequencing reads, 2) the search for remote sequence similarity, 3) the discovery of motifs and sequence patterns, 4) the identification of gene families, 5) the detection of ortholog/paralog groups, 6) the reconstruction of evolutionary history of the genes, 7) the detection of signs of selective forces exerted over genes and genomes, 8) the reconstruction of ancestral DNA and genome sequences, 9) the detection and analysis of genome synteny, 10) the inference of ancestral gene order, among others. The New International Economic Order (NIEO) was an attempt, underpinned by the agency of the Global South, to articulate global economic and social rights consequent upon political rights gained through processes of decolonisation. The New International Economic Order: Lives and Afterlives situates the NIEO within the interregnum of the 1970s, addressing its core features, intellectual antecedents, contradictions, absences, and afterlives. Particular attention is paid to the role of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) alongside the G-77 and UNCTAD. The book traces the orchestrated United States' opposition to the NIEO and the growth of neoliberalism at the end of the 1970s before discussing some of the NIEO’s many afterlives. It argues that analysing, translating, and adapting the NIEO is important for any re-envisioning of emancipatory global economic, political, and social relations today. Using a mixture of documentary and archive material, The New International Economic Order will be of interest to students and researchers in diplomatic history, international relations, development studies, and sociology.
