Jika hal demikian dilaksanakan dengan baik maka dapat terwujud efektivitas ikatan batiniyah sesama amil. Sehingga mereka tidak egois. Mereka memandang orang lain seperti dirinya sendiri, saling mencintai tanpa melihat jabatan atau posisinya, memiliki tujuan bersama untuk menegakkan syariat zakat, tidak mengharap imbalan atas apa yang diberikan.
