Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2017 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Sonstiges, Note: 1,7, Universität Duisburg-Essen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Der Begriff Inklusion stammt aus dem Lateinischen (=inclusio) und bedeutet „Einschluss“ bzw. „Einschließung“. Nach Niehoff (2007) meint Inklusion die Einbeziehung und Zugehörigkeit aller Menschen, unabhängig davon, wie verschieden sie sind. Das meint, dass nach dem Inklusionsgedanken jedem das Recht zur gleichberechtigten, gesellschaftlichen Teilhabe gegeben sein soll, frei von Einflüssen durch seine Fähigkeiten, seine Herkunft oder seinem Geschlecht. Auf die Schule bezogen kann Inklusion allgemein als „Konzept zur Minimierung von Diskriminierung und Maximierung von sozialer Teilhabe aller Schüler/innen und im Kontext einer milieu-, kultur- und geschlechtersensiblen Pädagogik verstanden werden“ (Werning & Urban, 2014). Lässt man sich auf Inklusion ein, so bedeutet das auch, dass die individuellen Bedingungen eines jeden Schülers bzw. einer jeden Schülerin erfragt werden müssen, um somit das Ziel der Bildungsgerechtigkeit erreichen zu können. Dies bedeutet auch, dass man sich mit Bildungsbarrieren auseinandersetzen muss. Strukturen und Rahmenbedingungen sollen an den individuellen Bedürfnissen der Heranwachsenden ausgerichtet und angepasst werden, damit die Schule einen fördernden und fordernden Ort für alle Kinder darstellt. Besonders sei hier hervorzuheben, dass Inklusion nicht nur die Teilhabe von Menschen mit Behinderung meint, wie es jedoch in der Gesellschaft oftmals noch verstanden wird. Dies zeigt, dass Inklusion anscheinend noch nicht vollends in den Köpfen der Menschen angekommen ist. Dieses weit verbreitete Verständnis von Inklusion ist wohlmöglich auf das Übereinkommen der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention zurück zu führen, die Inklusion als Leitbild versteht und den Begriff erstmals an die Öffentlichkeit getragen hat.

Die meisten Menschen mit Behinderungen verbringen ihre Schulzeit in Sonderschulen, die zur Entlastung der allgemeinen Schulen gegründet wurden. Dies fördert Ausgrenzung und Diskriminierung, da die Schüler1 als anders wahrgenommen werden. Die Sonderpädagogik ist von der Diagnostik bis zur Unterrichtsgestaltung defizitorientiert. Obwohl sie für die Teilhabe ganzer Gruppen von Menschen mit Behinderung an der Gesellschaft geschaffen hat, wirkt sie ausgrenzend. Die im obigen Zitat beschriebene Diskriminierung soll der politischen Forderung nach Inklusion und einer ‚Bildung für alle‘ entgegenwirken. In der Inklusion werden Menschen in ihrer Heterogenität in Bezug auf Geschlecht, Sprachen, Kulturen, Begabungen und Behinderungen wertgeschätzt und eine Pädagogik der Vielfalt angestrebt. Die Hausarbeit wird so aufgebaut, dass zunächst der Inklusionsbegriff von dem der Integration unterschieden wird, da diese oftmals synonym verwendet werden. Anschließend wird untersucht, wie es zu der aktuellen Ausgrenzung von Menschen mit Behinderungen im Schulsystem gekommen ist, um daraufhin die Grundzüge einer inklusiven Didaktik und konkrete Umsetzungsmaßnahmen vorzustellen. Abschließend werden die Chancen und Grenzen der Inklusion diskutiert und die Arbeit mit einem Fazit und Ausblick abgeschlossen.

The question of the meaning of categorical education and the function of didactic analysis will also be explored. Before theories and models of didactics can be explained and contexts understood, a basic understanding of what didactics is in the first place and which factors play a role here must first be established. The question of the meaning of didactics is not easy to answer. The word has its origins in the Greek "didáskein", which translates as "to teach" and "to instruct" or "to learn" and "to be taught". Already here it becomes clear that two elementary processes are interrelated and complement each other, which has not changed until today. Thus didactics is "the theory and practice of learning and teaching". The focus is on the interaction between teachers and learners. Didactics should therefore be a support for mutual interaction between teachers and learners. It is a science of action that is intended to provide teachers with a practice-oriented way of acting. During the 20th century, educationalists such as Erich Weniger, Paul Heimann and especially Wolfgang Klafki (born 1927), who is considered the "father" of didactics, tried to narrow down and define the term in order to finally develop educational theoretical foundations and didactic theories and models.
