L’interpretazione è la prima operazione che va compiuta allorché si analizza il contratto, e consiste, in via principale ed in prima battuta, nella ricostruzione della volontà delle parti, cioè nell’individuazione del significato che le parti volevano attribuire alle dichiarazioni che hanno scambiato.
