After that we have attempted to make an overview of the career planning in Bangladesh civil service. Then how the recruitment, selection, promotion and training are done in the civil service of Bangladesh is discussed. Finally we have discussed the role of the executive body and the constitutional body of the civil service and some recommendations are being made.
