Life is the most unpredictable thing that we deal with. There comes a lot of problems tagged along with it. What to say, we can’t even predict a day that’s gonna come and stand in front of us. But yes we have to keep moving just like the famous saying from a movie “THE SHOW MUST GO ON”. Heart breaks are the next worst thing that happens in our lives. We have to deal with all mood swings, all disputes and quarrels in a relationship. The relationship can be with anyone ; our family, friends, lovers... Anyone may it be... A lot of bond breaks in between but still we don’t stop to live. We usually come out from those problems and breakthroughs in a casual manner because we all are build in that manner. A very systematic approach, where we all deal with problems, sort our troubles we also hide our feelings. We may be having a very bad wound inside us which we tend to hide and portray ourselves as the brave the strong and the impeccable species. Yah! That’s right. That’s us. That’s we human beings tend to cover all those miseries and continuing our life just as usual... A normal casual life. I wish sometimes to halt the moment of happiness. The time when I spend with my loved ones. But then I remember this thing that life never stops for us. Even for a second. We have to keep our life moving along the tag. But still we all have some thing that we wish to keep stable like that forever without moving on from that particular time. Just like staying kids forever. Never gonna happen. So all we’ve got with us is to achieve something great where we would never feel the need to stop the time in that present.

A NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER One of the world’s legendary artists and bestselling author of The Creative Habit shares her secrets—from insight to action—for harnessing vitality, finding purpose as you age, and expanding one’s possibilities over the course of a lifetime in her newest New York Times bestseller Keep It Moving. At seventy-eight, Twyla Tharp is revered not only for the dances she makes—but for her astounding regime of exercise and nonstop engagement. She is famed for religiously hitting the gym each morning at daybreak, and utilizing that energy to propel her breakneck schedule as a teacher, writer, creator, and lecturer. This book grew out of the question she was asked most frequently: “How do you keep working?” Keep It Moving is a series of no-nonsense mediations on how to live with purpose as time passes. From the details of how she stays motivated to the stages of her evolving fitness routine, Tharp models how fulfillment depends not on fortune—but on attitude, possible for anyone willing to try and keep trying. Culling anecdotes from Twyla’s life and the lives of other luminaries, each chapter is accompanied by a small exercise that will help anyone develop a more hopeful and energetic approach to the everyday. Twyla will tell you what the beauty-fitness-wellness industry won’t: chasing youth is a losing proposition. Instead, Keep It Moving focuses you on what’s here and where you’re going—the book for anyone who wishes to maintain their prime for life.
