Questa Guida operativa propone un commento teorico-pratico agli artt. 51-60 (forma degli atti) della legge notarile, con l'esame della dottrina e della giurisprudenza. Dall’esperienza maturata nell’insegnamento alle scuole notarili e nell'attività professionale, è emersa la difficoltà (non solo del praticante) di tradurre in formule le norme di legge e le interpretazioni fornite da dottrina e giurisprudenza. Per le varie questioni aperte vengono proposte soluzioni ragionate, talvolta anche in mancanza di dottrina e giurisprudenza in merito, cercando di evidenziare soprattutto le clausole tuzioristiche, cioè non richieste dalla legge e del tutto inutili.
