La Loi du 3 janvier 1967 est la loi fondatrice du droit de la promotion immobilière. En cinquante ans, le modèle contractuel et économique qu'elle a consacré - la vente d'immeuble à construire - n'a pas pris une ride et continue de répondre aux besoins et aux attentes des opérateurs du secteur en permettant un financement de la construction en cours d'opération par les fonds des acquéreurs, en même temps qu'il sécurise efficacement leur situation financière. Ce modèle d'équilibre a inspiré les différents contrats de la promotion immobilière créés ultérieurement. Du CCMI à la VIR, les outils mis au service des acteurs de la construction se sont développés, avec des succès variés, sur la base du modèle initial élaboré en 1967. Cinquante ans après son élaboration, dans un contexte d'inflation législative effrénée, de réformes successives prétendant moderniser, améliorer ou simplifier le droit, on ne peut que se réjouir de ce que le droit de la promotion immobilière dans son ensemble continue de reposer sur le socle solide et efficace posé par le législateur de 1967.

The controversies that have developed in recent years in the field of education and training around program and competency-based approaches are not without reminiscent of those which are at the origin of a reflection on the question of methods to monitor, control, organize and shape innovation in science and technology "and led to the emergence of the notion of responsibility for innovation and research "(Pellé & Reber, 2015).
