The models used in this project are K-Nearest Neighbor, Random Forest, Naive Bayes, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Support Vector Machine, Adaboost, LGBM classifier, Gradient Boosting, XGB classifier, MLP classifier, and CNN 1D. WORKSHOP 11: In this workshop, you will learn how to use Scikit-Learn, Keras, TensorFlow, NumPy, Pandas, Seaborn, and other libraries to perform classifying and predicting Hepatitis C using dataset provided by UCI Machine Learning Repository. All attributes in dataset except Category and Sex are numerical. Attributes 1 to 4 refer to the data of the patient: X (Patient ID/No.), Category (diagnosis) (values: '0=Blood Donor', '0s=suspect Blood Donor', '1=Hepatitis', '2=Fibrosis', '3=Cirrhosis'), Age (in years), Sex (f,m), ALB, ALP, ALT, AST, BIL, CHE, CHOL, CREA, GGT, and PROT. The target attribute for classification is Category (2): blood donors vs. Hepatitis C patients (including its progress ('just' Hepatitis C, Fibrosis, Cirrhosis).
