Contudo, tendo o cuidado de ser o mais fiel possível às informações obtidas por meio da pesquisa bibliográfica, da pesquisa na internet e de alguns relatos orais de afro contadores nordestinos que tive a honra de conhecer.São histórias de mulheres, princesas, guerreiras que, sem perder a feminilidade, enfatizam a importância da mulher na construção da sociedade, a importância dos valores antirracistas e o combate ao racismo e ao preconceito. Acredito que com essas histórias contadas em sala de aula, poderemos trabalhar o respeito à diversidade cultural e promover a elevação da autoestima das crianças negras e pardas, tão desgastada ao longo de tantos séculos.
