I am a financial writer, having written 6 books on the rigged banking system, inflation, capital controls, precious metals, and expatriation. Besides writing financial books, I am a licensed SEC investment adviser. In 2016, I was given 300,000,000 cord stem cells for an anti-aging program, which changed my life. Despite my medical training in school, I really had no idea what stem cell therapy entailed.I didn't know in 2016, that my stem cell anti-aging was going to work for me. But it did, beyond my wildest dreams! Because of this, I wanted to share this success with those in the FB Stem Cells 101 group, thought to be the world's largest stem cell group, with 16,000 members. My first stem cell book, entitled Forever Young, My True Stem Cell Story, was not a great seller. Actually, it was never meant to be. It was meant to just tell my story of the amazing transformation that occurred. The book was read by many on the site, and I am told, was responsible for many starting an anti-aging program. This, my second stem cell anti-aging book, is a little more comprehensive and touches on the many concerns of the members of FaceBook's Stem Cells 101 group. The first book was a good lead into my second anti-aging treatment that took place in September 2019. It seemed that everyone on the site wanted to hear my first anti-aging success story. Now, they will hear my second, plus my interpretation of many of the concerns discussed on the site. Many on the site wanted to look and feel 25 years younger, who wouldn't! I've been a group member for about a year, and have learned much from member's post. Surprisingly, very few of the members post on the site. It appears that the same fifty members post over and over again. However, almost all members seem to read the posts, and offer their "likes". But when they, or a member of their family has a serious medical problem, they get into the posting routine rather quickly. It's so gratifying to see the docs on the site, and those in the know, chime in, and assist those needing advice and help. The purpose of the FB group was to encourage members having debilitating diseases and painful injuries, to share their experiences. Hopefully, sharing their successes, and failures, will help the other members better understand their own medical problems. Therefore, in this book, I want to continue with anti-aging, and also include some of the more popular topics posted by the group. By the way, I have put together a list of twenty-two International Stem Cell Clinics, ranked according to patient care, price and what site members have to say about them. Stem Cell Therapy For Autoimmune Disease written by Richard K. Burt and has been published by CRC Press this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2019-11-11 with Medical categories.

Stem cell transplantation may be complicated by treatment-related mortality and like the immune system that it regenerates has equal potential to either create and preserve or destroy. The dual nature that defines stem cells is differentiation that ultimately leads to death and self-renewal, which leads to immortality. What types of stem cells are there? How are they collected? What are their attributes and characteristics? This textbook devotes many chapters to familiarize the reader with the basic science, clinical aspects, and new questions being raised in the field of stem cell biology. Blood stem cells for tolerance and tissue regeneration are a rapidly developing research and clinical field that is being applied to autoimmune diseases. In clinical trials, autologous hematopoietic (blood) stem cells are being used to reduce the cytopenic interval following intense immune suppressive transplant regimens. While as yet not delineated, some possible mechanisms and pathways leading to tolerance after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation are suggested in these chapters. Tissue regeneration from blood stem cells is also suggested by animal experiments on stem cell plasticity or metamoirosis (i.e., change in fate) as described within this textbook. Ongoing early clinical trials on tissue regeneration from blood stem cells are described in the chapter on stem cell therapy for cardiac and peripheral vascular disease. Whether autologous hematopoietic stem cells, through the process of mobilization and reinfusion, may be manipulated to contribute to tissue repair in autoimmune diseases is a future area for translational research.

Predicting The Lineage Choice Of Hematopoietic Stem Cells written by Manuel Kroiss and has been published by Springer this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2016-05-12 with Science categories.

Manuel Kroiss examines the differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells using machine learning methods. This work is based on experiments focusing on the lineage choice of CMPs, the progenitors of HSCs, which either become MEP or GMP cells. The author presents a novel approach to distinguish MEP from GMP cells using machine learning on morphology features extracted from bright field images. He tests the performance of different models and focuses on Recurrent Neural Networks with the latest advances from the field of deep learning. Two different improvements to recurrent networks were tested: Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) cells that are able to remember information over long periods of time, and dropout regularization to prevent overfitting. With his method, Manuel Kroiss considerably outperforms standard machine learning methods without time information like Random Forests and Support Vector Machines.

In Search Of Cell History written by Franklin M. Harold and has been published by University of Chicago Press this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2014-10-29 with Science categories.

Cell origin remains one of the most fundamental problems in biology, and over the last decade it has spawned a large body of literature and debate. Franklin Harold has synthesized this literature not to promote his own views of cell origin but to impartially present the current research on the topic along with the controversies that keep the field in turmoil. In accessible language that assumes only a basic knowledge of cell biology, he shows how far we ve come in understanding cell evolutionand the origins of life in generaland how far we have to go before we can completely comprehend it. After introducing cell theory, Harold explores such wide-ranging topics as the construction of a universal tree of life; controversies over the Last Universal Common Ancestor s exact nature and place in cell history; the evolution of cellular organization; and the origin and evolution of complex cells. The final chapters of the book explore the early origins of life and the evolutionary implications of cellular evolution."

This book is a continuum of the first two books published in the STEM CELLS series entitled "Stem Cells: From Drug to Drug Discovery" and "Stem Cells: From Hype to Real Hope" which were published in 2017 and 2019, respectively. The scope of the book encompasses a wide range of topics with a latitude from adult stem cells to pluripotent stem cells in regenerative medicine either alone or as part of the combinatorial therapeutic intervention approach as "drug" besides their application as tools (disease model) during drug development process. Written by a leading group of researchers, the book encompasses experimental to clinical aspects of stem/progenitors cells, their biology, and characteristics.
