Dicono che avesse voluto tutte le guerre, anche quelle che ancora oggi stanno insanguinando il mondo e quelle che verranno. Era il 26 settembre del 1938 e nuvole di tempesta oscuravano il cielo mentre a Verona si udivano parole come queste: “L’Europa si trova di fronte a molti bisogni, ma certamente il meno urgente di tutti è quello di aumentare il numero degli ossari che sorgono così frequenti sulle frontiere degli Stati”. Due anni prima metteva la prima pietra per la fondazione dell’E42 Esposizione Universale di Roma che avrebbe dovuto vedere “sorgere la nuova Europa: l’Europa della giustizia per tutti e della riconciliazione fra i popoli”. Bruno Tomasich è nato nel 1929 a Cesena (FC); ha vissuto a Venezia, Verona, Padova, Napoli (ove si è laureato in chimica industriale), poi ancora in Veneto e infine a Roma, dove ha diretto un’industria chimica. È vedovo e padre di sei figli. Durante la seconda guerra mondiale, a 15 anni, ha militato nelle formazioni giovanili della Repubblica Sociale Italiana. In pensione, iscrittosi alla Facoltà di Scienze Biologiche della Sapienza di Roma si è laureato nel 2002 con lode. Storia - saggio (279 pagine) - Breve storia della seconda e terza Repubblica dal 1994 al 2018 e dello stato sociale Il centrodestra aveva approvato una nuova legge elettorale (Porcellum) per impedire il successo delle sinistre. Per ironia della sorte quella stessa legge favorì nel 2006 la vittoria del centrosinistra di stretta misura. Il presidente del Consiglio fu ancora Romano Prodi che stavolta si trovò con due grossi problemi: ridurre il debito pubblico e guidare una coalizione, restia ad ogni riduzione dello stato sociale, e con una maggioranza risicata che lo costringeva a patteggiare con ogni partito la sua fiducia in cambio di qualcosa. La fine di questo governo che aveva ben operato nell’interesse del Paese , non delle lobbies economiche e sindacali, era scontata e questa si avverò nel 2008. Nel IV, V, VI capitolo si analizzano i rivolgimenti socio economici avvenuti in Europa nel Primo dopoguerra aventi per protagonisti i vincitori (Francia, Gran Bretagna, Italia, Stati Uniti...) ed i vinti Germania e l’Impero Austro Ungarico. La Germania, impossibilitata a pagare il debito ed in preda ad azioni sovversive sia di destra sia di sinistra finì per concedere la fiducia ad Adolf Hitler ed al Partito Nazional Socialista, mentre l’impero austro ungarico si dissolse in tante piccole patrie. Le turbolenze sociali del primo dopoguerra in Italia avevano favorito l’ascesa al potere di Benito Mussolini, che abolì lo stato liberal democratico in favore di un partito unico il Partito Nazional fascista e seguì la Germania nella sua folle avventura della seconda guerra mondale. Silvano Zanetti è nato il 21 ottobre 1948 in provincia di Bergamo, da famiglia modesta. Dopo aver conseguito la maturità classica, si è iscritto al Politecnico di Torino dove si è laureato in Ingegneria Meccanica. Dal 1977 vive a Milano dove ha lavorato presso diverse aziende metalmeccaniche come tecnico commerciale e maturato una buona conoscenza di usi, costumi ed economia dei Paesi europei ed asiatici. Nel 1992 ha frequentato un Master MBA all’Università Bocconi. Alla fine della sua carriera lavorativa si dedica al suo hobby di sempre, lo studio della storia. Collabora con la rivista e-Storia dal 2010. Nel 2018 ha preso la decisione di scrivere i contenuti presenti in questa collana divulgativa di storia contemporanea.

Il volume – che si apre con una lunga introduzione dedicata al giurista come intellettuale e al suo rapporto con il potere in particolare negli anni che videro l’affermazione del fascismo – raccoglie una serie di saggi incentrati ciascuno su un diverso giurista attivo negli anni ’10 e ’20 del Novencento (E. This book traces the origins, life and death of Administrative Science in Italy as an academic discipline between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. It does so by combining the study of ideas, institutional history, intellectual history and social history. The Faculty of Law first introduced Administrative Science in 1875, with the aim of providing the elite with the necessary tools to distribute wealth more equally, to take care of the population and, thus, to make the young Italian State more legitimate in the eyes of the emerging masses. Law and social sciences were merged with the aim of increasing reforms, including that of creating a State of Happiness for all citizens. Throughout its 70-year existence, Administrative Science was deprived of its contents and scientific independence, and academically overshadowed by Administrative and Public law. Finally, although the liberal elites discarded the reformer project of Administrative Science even before Fascism turned everything upside down, most of the original traits of this knowledge were absorbed into Fascist corporate and totalitarian structures.
