Dans un environnement d'electronique et de commande, la machine asynchrone presente des comportements non lineaires induisant notamment une mauvaise reconstitution du flux. Afin de les prendre en compte, nous proposons l'utilisation d'un observateur deterministe du flux.. Dans un premier chapitre, a l'aide du graphe informationnel causal, nous presentons l'interet du controle vectoriel, ainsi que le probleme de la reconstitution du flux lie au comportement non lineaire de la machine. Le second chapitre propose une solution : par une etude de sensibilite en regime permanent, le gain d'un observateur deterministe de flux est determine de facon a minimiser l'erreur de reconstitution, en presence d'erreurs sur les parametres, et surtout en tenant compte de l'influence de la periode d'echantillonnage. Le troisieme chapitre presente les resultats de l'etude precedente pour des variations des parametres suivants : mutuelle cyclique, resistance rotorique et resistance statorique. Ceci est egalement effectue pour differentes periodes d'echantillonnage. Cette etude est validee par une simulation en regime dynamique. Le quatrieme chapitre presente la description d'un formalisme de modelisation en vue de la realisation pratique de la commande vectorielle de la machine asynchrone. Il se conclut par des tests experimentaux ; ceux-ci confirment la theorie en mettant en avant un autre avantage de l'observateur : une amelioration notable de la dynamique de vitesse en presence d'erreurs sur certains parametres.
