Dix outils (Fixation d’Objectifs, Dialogue Interne, Imagerie Mentale, Méditation, Contrôle Respiratoire, Techniques de Relaxation, Rythmes Biologiques, Communication Non verbale, Switch, Routines de Performance) répartis dans trois domaines différents : cognitif, physiologique et comportemental. Les objectifs sont à la fois le contrôle de ces processus (pour reprendre le contrôle du bateau) et/ou le renforcement (dans un but préventif). Chaque domaine et chaque outil sont justifiés scientifiquement, de manière accessible. De nombreux exemples de champions connus, de sportifs qu’il a suivis et de son expérience personnelle, sont proposés en illustrations. L’être humain est un tout. À PROPOS DE L'AUTEUR Yancy Dufour est un Sportif accompli (Judo, Rugby, Ultra-Trails), professeur Certifié d’EPS et Docteur en Psychologie. Il est enseignant titulaire à la Faculté des Sciences du Sport et de l’Éducation Physique de Lille. Il est le créateur et responsable des Diplômes Universitaires (DU) : « Préparation mentale et psychologie du sportif », « Yoga : adapter et diffuser les outils du Yoga », des Attestations Universitaires d’Enseignement Complémentaire (AUEC) : « Initiation aux techniques de bien-être », « Préparation mentale collective », « Préférences et préparations posturales, motrices et mentales ». Il est Préparateur Mental de sportifs de niveau amateur à international, en individuel et en collectif. Il suit actuellement divers joueurs de ligue 1 dans plusieurs clubs du championnat de France. Il réalise aussi le suivi de multiples salariés en entreprise, étudiants en préparation de concours. Il est également formateur sur la performance et le bien-être en entreprise, formateur de psychologues, psychothérapeutes, coachs mentaux.
