Examensarbeit aus dem Jahr 2008 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Der Lehrer / Pädagoge, Note: 2, Technische Universität Dresden, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Mit dem Beschluss der KMK zur Reform der Lehrerbildung im Jahr 2004 wurde für die Neugestaltung der Lehrerbildung in Deutschland eine verbindliche Grundlage geschaffen. Die Ausbildung von Lehrkräften ist seitdem an einem Modell von Kompetenzen und Standards orientiert. Mit Hilfe dieser Standards wurden klare Zielstellungen für die theoretischen und praktischen Ausbildungsabschnitte formuliert. Die von der KMK beschlossenen Orientierungsrahmen sind zugleich Ausgangspunkt für die Gestaltung des Bachelor-Studienganges Bildungswissenschaften an der TU Dresden. Im „Dresdner Konzept der Integrierten Lehrerbildung“ ist dem Rechnung getragen worden. Relevant für die vorliegende Arbeit ist vor allem die Stellung und Funktion von schulpraktischen Teilen im Kontext der universitären Ausbildung. Klares Ziel der Reform der Lehrerbildung an der TU Dresden ist es eine „Verbesserung des Theorie-Praxis- Bezugs“ zu erreichen. Der Praxisbezug des Studiums wurde durch die Einführung des Grundpraktikums und weiterer schulpraktischer Teile erhöht und darin wird eine Möglichkeit gesehen die fachliche und praktische Ausbildung besser zu verbinden. Hinter dieser Neuerung steht die Erkenntnis, dass professionelles Berufshandeln von Lehrkräften in einer eigenständigen Verknüpfung von verschiedenen Wissensbeständen und dem Aufbau berufsbezogener Handlungskompetenz zu suchen ist, die im Rahmen des Berufsfeldes Schule vollzogen wird. Ein gelungener und umfassender Prozess der Professionalisierung junger Lehrer ist daher durch eine theoriegeleitete, kritische Reflexion praktischer Erfahrungen zu suchen. Eine hochwertige Lehrerausbildung muss somit Lehrer befähigen sich kritisch mit ihrem erfahrenen Schulalltag auseinanderzusetzen um einen stetigen Prozess der standardorientierten Kompetenzentwicklung zu ermöglichen. Diese Professionalisierung erfolgt aber nicht durch eine Auseinandersetzung mit den eigenen subjektiven Theorien, also auf Grund impliziten Wissens, sondern mittels einer reflexiven Durchdringung erziehungswissenschaftlicher und fachdidaktischer Theorien des Lehren und Lernens.
