This is an open access book. Still related to the big theme of reinforcement the SDG’s at the previous conference, we try to invite academics and researchers in the world to participate in the 3rd Borobudur International Symposium 2021 (3rd BIS 2021). As we know, The COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on all 17 SDGs have demonstrated that what began as a health catastrophe swiftly transformed into a human and socioeconomic crisis. In September 2019, the UN Secretary-General urged all sectors of society to mobilize for a decade of action on three fronts: global action to ensure increased leadership, increased resources, and smarter solutions for the Sustainable Development Goals; local action to embed the necessary transitions into governments’ policies, budgets, institutions, and regulatory frameworks; and international action to ensure greater leadership, increased resources, and smarter solutions for the Sustainable Development Goals. Especially in 3rd BIS 2021, we brought up “Decade of Action towards Environmental Issues: Advancing the Innovation to Recover our Planet” as main theme. The conference will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 in Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia. Scope includes Art & Linguistics, Communication, Economics, Education, Government Studies, Health Administration, Hospitality, International Relations, Law, Pharmacy, Political Studies, Psychology, Public Health, Religious Studies, Sociology, Health Sciences.

This proceeding is the outcome of an international seminar organized by the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto in 2023. This international seminar was called "ISPsy 6th" with the theme "Religiosity and Cultural Diversity for Strengthening Mental Well-Being." From this seminar, it is hoped that preventive, curative, and even rehabilitative programs targeting holistic aspects of mental well-being will be present, providing benefits to the wider community. Manuscripts accepted for ISPsy 6th 2023 amounted to 62% of the total articles collected. This seminar featured several topics including Clinical Psychology, Organizational/Industrial Psychology, Educational Psychology, Social Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Psychometrics, Islamic Studies Related to Human Behavior, Social Science, Education, and Neuroscience. The keynote speech was delivered by Prof. Dr. Muhadjir Effendy, M.A.P as the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Cultural Affairs. Speakers at this international seminar included Dr. Hanan Dover as the Vice President of the International Association of Muslim Psychologists (IAMP), Dr. Rania Awaad, M.D as the Director of the Stanford Muslim Mental Health & Islamic Psychology Lab, Dr. Nor Akmar Nordin as a lecturer in the Department of Psychology, School of Human Resource Development and Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and Retno Dwiyanti, M.Si., Ph.D as a lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. This proceeding was able to proceed smoothly thanks to the support and good communication from all parties involved. Diabetes is a chronic condition associated with metabolic disorder. Persons suffering from diabetes have shown accelerated levels of blood sugar which often harms the heart, blood vessels, eyes, kidneys, and nerves. This is an ethnography of Dobu, a Massim society of Papua New Guinea, which has been renowned in social anthropology since Reo Fortune's Sorcerers of Dobu (1932). Focusing on exchange and its underlying ethics, this book explores the concept of the person in the Dobu world view. The book examines major aspects of exchange such as labor, mutual support, apologetic gifts, revenge and punishment, kula exchange, and mortuary gifts. It discusses in detail the characteristics of small gifts (such as betel nuts), big gifts (kula valuables, pigs, and large yams) and money as they appear in exchange contexts. The ethnography begins with an analysis of the construct of the Dobu person, and sets out to examine everyday practices and values. The belief system (incorporating witches, sorcerers, and a Christian God) is shown to have a powerful influence on individual conduct due to its panoptic character. The institutions that link Dobu with the outside world are examined in terms of the ideology concerning money: the Church receives offerings for God; the difficulties faced by trade-store owners evince conflicting notions concerning monetary wealth. The last two chapters delve into lived experience in two major domains of Dobu exchange: kula and the sagali feast.
