So fordert der Lehrplan PLUS für die Grundschulen in Bayern unter anderem neben der Stärkung der individuellen Anlagen und der Erziehung zu eigenverantwortlichen, selbstständigen und wertorientierten Persönlichkeiten die Vermittlung grundlegender Schreibkompetenzen. Sowohl das Fachprofil Deutsch als auch das Fachprofil Deutsch als Zweitsprache stellt das Schreiben neben den Kompetenzen "Hören, Sprechen und Zuhören", "Lesen - mit Texten umgehen" und "Sprache - Wortschatz und Strukturen entwickeln und untersuchen" in den Mittelpunkt der beiden Fächer. Ausgehend von den Forderungen des Lehrplans und der Wichtigkeit des Schreibens ist es Aufgabe des Deutschunterrichts und des Deutsch als Zweit- und Fremdsprachenunterrichts allen Schülern grundlegende Schreibfertigkeiten zu vermitteln, um insbesondere auch Kindern mit Migrationshintergrund eine erfolgreiche Teilhabe in allen Schulfächern und der Gesellschaft zu ermöglichen. Angestoßen durch den Wandel von einer produkt- zu einer prozessorientierten Schreibdidaktik seit den frühen 1980er Jahren sieht es der Fachlehrplan Deutsch als Zweitsprache weiter vor, allen Kindern durch geeignete Verfahren Strategien zur Überarbeitung und Verbesserung von selbst verfassten Texten zu vermitteln. Ein mitunter geeignetes methodisch-didaktisches Vorgehen ist dabei die Schreibkonferenz, die im Zuge dieser Arbeit unter dem Aspekt des prozessorientierten Schreibens näher dargestellt werden soll.

Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2019 im Fachbereich Didaktik - Allgemeine Didaktik, Erziehungsziele, Methoden, Note: 1,0, Universität Bielefeld, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Einer Studie zufolge, die im Rahmen des DFG-Projekts KoText den Einfluss von zwei unterschiedlich strukturierten Schreibumgebungen auf die Qualität der Schülertexte untersucht, verweisen diejenigen Texte, welche in einer Schreibkonferenz besprochen wurden, auf eine deutlich bessere Qualität als diese, die mit der Textlupe überarbeitet wurden. Genau an dieses Potential und die bisherigen Befunde im Hinblick auf das Konzept der Schreibkonferenzen gilt es mit der vorliegenden Ausarbeitung anzuknüpfen. Konkret soll die Frage verfolgt werden, ob sich Schreibkonferenzen als Fördermaßnahme zur Entwicklung der Textkompetenz eignen. Die Ergebnisse der DESI-Studie des Schuljahres 2003/04, welche im Auftrag der Kultusministerkonferenz (im Folgenden KMK) die sprachlichen Leistungen in den Fächern Deutsch und Englisch untersucht, zeigen, dass ca. ein Drittel der 11.000 teilnehmenden Schülerinnen und Schüler der neunten Jahrgangsstufe aller Schulformen "nicht in der Lage [ist], einen verständlichen Text zu schreiben" (Becker-Mrotzek & Böttcher, 2012, S. 64). Für das Verstehen eines Textes essentiell sei nach Berning nämlich das Beachten von Rechtschreibnormen, da nur richtig Geschriebenes auch störungsfrei gelesen werden kann. Dadurch ergibt sich für die schreibende Person ein besonderer Stellenwert der Rechtschreibung, sofern es ihr ein Anliegen ist, sich durch Schrift mitzuteilen und verstanden werden zu wollen. Damit ein Text verstanden werden kann, müssen jedoch auch seine sprachlichen Elemente schlüssig aufeinander bezogen, sowie ausreichend viele Kohäsionsmittel eingesetzt werden. Die Schreibkompetenz ist demnach vorrangig ein Bedingungsgefüge aus Rechtschreibkompetenz und Textkompetenz.

Virtual exchange refers to education programmes in which constructive communication and interaction takes place between individuals or groups from different cultural backgrounds with the support of educators or facilitators. Evaluating and Upscaling Telecollaborative Teacher Education (EVALUATE, http://www.evaluateproject.eu/) was a European policy experimentation financed by Erasmus+ which studied the impact of a telecollaborative model of virtual exchange on student teachers. Between 2017-2018, the project consortium trained teacher trainers and organised virtual exchanges which involved over 1,000 student teachers at initial teacher education institutions. This entailed students interacting and collaborating with partner classes from other countries as an integral part of one of their courses. The research team then analysed the learning gains from these exchanges using qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. They also worked with representatives from European ministries of education to understand how virtual exchange could be upscaled in teacher education across Europe. This publication presents the findings of the EVALUATE experimentation and its implications for the education of future teachers. The study found that engaging student teachers in structured online intercultural collaboration as part of their formal learning can contribute to the development of their digital-pedagogical, intercultural, and foreign language competences. It can also lead to innovation and international learning in the education of future teachers.
