Egyptian pyramid was not a tomb. Unless someone reads the book he may not believe that the Great Pyramid of Giza was actually a power plant, which used to generate electricity 4500 years ago. In this book, the ancient history and working principles of the great pyramid of Giza are described in the light of scientific theories and evidence. This is the first book on such a subject in the Bengali language. The main idea of the book is influenced by the hypothesis of famous technologist, Pyramid researcher, and writer Mr. Christopher Dunn.

This book explains why virtually all children can achieve proficiency or higher. And it gives educators the tools to help them achieve those levels of learning. The notion that schools are “waiting for Superman” or Wonder Woman to rescue them is at best a fantasy and at worst, damaging to schools and school systems that advance this type of flawed thinking. This is why in this book the reader will be encouraged to embrace the concept that only through building effective teams (collective instructional leadership) will schools begin to realize their stated goal—educate “all” students. It may take a village to raise children but it takes collective instructional leadership to educate them. This book takes great care to ask the questions that policymakers, educators, parents, students and the larger community want answered: Can you handle the truth? Why is team leadership needed? How do campuses improve their team dynamics? What methods do high performing nations use to excel? What strategies really work in high poverty schools? Where do American schools rank on the rigor scale? What is trust and how is it developed? What are campus learning disabilities? How do beliefs about human capacity affect student achievement levels? What methods motivate students to work hard? What do we really mean when we say, “All children can learn”? The Pyramid Approach was designed by Dr. George Woodrow, Jr. for use by educators. The Pyramid is research-based; it aligns theory with professional practice. In addition, it strives to take what we know and provide a practical framework to effectively apply that same knowledge in ways that promotes student achievement. The Pyramid Approach calls attention to the need for a systematic framework that recognizes the interconnectedness among research methods.

Since the days before the Great Flood, angels, called Nephilim, roamed the land and began to breed with humans, destroying the DNA of mankind and infecting the human race with the evil that had infected them from the fall of Lucifer who then hated God so much he brought sin to the earth in the form of a serpent causing Adam and Eve to fall in the garden, allowing generational sin to continue down through the ages. Just as sons and daughters receive an inheritance from their parents, they also receive sin from the parents as well. But why did Lucifer do this? If we go to the Bible, I think we can find the answer. It began with the creation of the angels, especially the angel Lucifer who is described in the Book of Isaiah 14aEUR"12 and Ezekiel 28aEUR"13 as being perfect in all his ways until sin was found in him. He was also described as the most beautiful creature God ever made. Diamonds, rubies, and emeralds were his covering. In other words, he made the jewels of the earth look good. But again, why did he fall? I believe one day, Lucifer took a long look into the mirror and thought to himself; Man, you are one good-looking dude. Any angel that looks this good should be a god himself. And it caused pride to well up inside himself, causing him to sin. Did God know Lucifer would sin? Sure, he did. God is omniscient. There is nothing hidden from him. God also saw the pride well up inside Lucifer, for God is also omnipresent as well. And like the infection the angels brought to the earth, Lucifer infected a third of the angels of heaven, causing war in the third heaven, which is in the sides of the north. And there was war in heaven and Michael the Archangel along with His angels fought with the Devil and His angels. (Revelation 12:7) And the devil was kicked unto the earth, taking one-third of the stars, which are also called angels with him., which brings us back to the Great Flood. God saw what the angels had caused by mating with humans. To stop the destruction of man, God sent the flood to destroy the angelsaEUR(tm) DNA off the earth. Only eight souls were saved to carry on the human race, and to make sure the angels no longer mated with humans, their angelic bodies were taken away, leaving them with a disembodied spirit, to be called by mankind by the term demons. This stayed the same until the tribulation period when ten of these evil spirits gained their freedom to inhabit human bodies once again. They created a conspiracy to destroy humans using an information chip which every human would have to take if they were to buy or sell anything. Without the chip, you would die. If you took the chip, you were bound for a lake of fire, a place that was made and reserved for the devil and his angels. The Pyramid conspiracy was instituted by these ten with the Antichrist at the top.

At Pyramid Lake written by Bernard Mergen and has been published by University of Nevada Press this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2014-04-18 with History categories.

Pyramid Lake is one of the largest lakes in the Great Basin, the terminus of the Truckee River flowing from Lake Tahoe into northern Nevada. This desert oasis, with a surface area of nearly two hundred square miles, is a unique geological feature and was home to the Paiute for thousands of years before the arrival of explorer John C. Frémont in 1844. For the Paiute, it was a spiritual center that provided life-sustaining resources, such as the cui-ui, a fish unique to the lake and now endangered. For the ranchers and farmers who settled on tribal lands, the waters that flowed into it were necessary to raise cattle and crops. Mergen tells how these competing interests have interacted with the lake and with each other, from the Paiute War of 1860 to the present. The lake’s very existence was threatened by dams and water diversion; it was saved by tribal claims, favorable court decisions, improved water laws, and the rise of environmentalism. At Pyramid Lake is about more than Indians and water wars, however. It is the story of railroads on the reservation and the role of federal, state, and private groups interested in sportfishing. It is about scientists, artists, and tourists who were captivated by the lake’s beauty. Finally, it is also a story of the lake as a place of spiritual renewal and celebration. Mergen grew up near its shores in the 1940s and returned frequently through the years. In this cultural history, he combines his personal remembrances with other source material, including novels, poetry, newspaper and magazine journalism, unpublished manuscripts, and private conversations, to paint a fascinating portrait of one of Nevada’s natural wonders.
