Es wird eine kritische Betrachtung aus verschiedenen Perspektiven, anhand eines Fallbeispiels aus der offenen Kinder- und Jugendarbeit gegeben. Eine, seit mehr als 30 Jahren etablierte, ja geradezu selbstverständlich gewordene und wenig hinterfragte Art der Hilfe, die häufig in der Kinder- und Jugendarbeit, aber auch in vielen anderen Feldern der Sozialen Arbeit als Allheilmittel – im Sinne von Achtsamkeit und Respekt den NutzerInnen gegenüber und als bloße Orientierung an dem Willen der NutzerInnen, beworben wird, wird in dieser Arbeit kritisch ,aus verschiedenen Perspektiven hinterfragt. Ressourcenorientierung wird in den Kontext struktureller, gesellschaftspolitischer und sozialer Entwicklung gesetzt, um das, nach Ansicht der Autorin, wichtigste Qualitätsmerkmal Sozialer Arbeit nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren; nämlich die professionelle und ständige Hinterfragung von Handlungsmaximen, deren Wirkung und Sinnhaftigkeit sowie deren Einbindung in äußere Gegebenheiten. Der sozialpolitische Auftrag Sozialer Arbeit wird ebenso betont, wie die Notwendigkeit für infrastrukturelle Voraussetzungen zu sorgen, die Chancengleichheit ermöglicht und Missstände aufdeckt. Mit der ressourcenorientierten Sozialen Arbeit hat sich ein Paradigmenwechsel in der Sozialen Arbeit vollzogen, der von der reinen Ursächlichkeit von Problemen weg zum lösungsorientierten Einbezug der Kräfte, Fähigkeiten und Stärken von Nutzerinnen und deren Umfeld wird. Zunächst wird im ersten Teil der Arbeit, die Ressourcenorientierung dargestellt und anschließend ein Bezug zur aktivierenden Sozialpolitik in Deutschland, seit den 90er Jahren hergestellt. Im zweiten Teil der Arbeit, angelehnt an die Lebenswelten von Kindern- und Jugendlichen, wird an einem Beispiel aus der Praxis verdeutlicht, wie sehr die Handlungsweisen von Sozialarbeitern im täglichen Umgang mit den NutzerInnen automatisiert und unhinterfragt gestaltet sind. Durch die kritische Betrachtungsweise der ressourcenorientierten Sozialen Arbeit aus psychologischer-, pädagogischer-, gesellschaftlicher- und politischer Sicht, wird ein Blick auf die tägliche Praxis von SozialarbeiterInnen geworfen, an deren Profession verschiedenste Ansprüche gestellt werden.

Introduction The moving of the business world into an interdependent global economic system is referred to as globalization1. The principal goal of a globalization strategy is successful economic development in different countries, but we see also the influence of the globalization process on social, political and culture life. One of most difficult barriers for this process is cultural values and norms of civilisations. Despite of process of market and production globalization and as of world modernisation that could guide to universal civilisation, the countries are different, because their evolution process and culture are different. Even if there is no reason to think, that these differences bring to conflict between civilisations in future, it is necessary to know, that making contact between various cultural societies demands great effort. In following paper we will discuses about a global marketing management, a new-product development and implementation at the global market, and also about global human resources management. We will illustrate some aspects to which a manager of an international firm must do attention doing business. We look at such elements, which constitute a firm's global managing such as: brands and their attributes, distribution system, exactly said, differences in distribution system, then we look at principal facts challenging a new-product development. Each product must be viewed in light of how it is perceived by each culture with which it comes in contact. An established product in one culture may be considered an innovation in another is critical in planning and developing consumer products for foreign markets. If we will discuss about managing functions, we will examine also global human resource management.

In this monumental book, sociologist Robert Castel reconstructs the history of what he calls "the social question," or the ways in which both labor and social welfare have been organized from the Middle Ages onward to contemporary industrial society. Throughout, the author identifies two constants bearing directly on the question of who is entitled to relief and who can be excluded: the degree of embeddedness in any given community and the ability to work. Along this dual axis the author locates virtually the entire history of social welfare in early-modern and contemporary Europe.This work is a systematic defense of the meaningfulness of the category of "the social," written in the tradition of Foucault, Durkheim, and Marx. Castel imaginatively builds on Durkheim's insight into the essentially social basis of work and welfare. In recent years, the German government has intentionally expanded the low-wage work sector in an effort to reduce exceptionally high levels of unemployment. As a result, the share of the German workforce employed in low-paying jobs now rivals that of the United States. Low Wage Work in Germany examines both the federal policies and changing economic conditions that have driven this increase in low-wage work. The new "mini-job" reflects the federal government's attempt to make certain low-paying jobs attractive to both employers and employees. Employers pay a low flat rate for benefits, and employees, who work a limited number of hours per week, are exempt from social security and tax contributions. Other factors, including slow economic growth, a declining collective bargaining system, and the influx of foreign workers, also contribute to the growing incidence of low-wage work. Yet while both Germany and the United States have large shares of low-wage workers, German workers receive health insurance, four weeks of paid vacation, and generous old age support—benefits most low-wage workers in the United States can only dream of. The German experience offers an important opportunity to explore difficult trade-offs between unemployment and low-wage work.
