The Agricultural Field Scale Irrigation Requirements Simulation (AFSIRS) model was developed for Florida's water management districts by the University of Florida's Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (IFAS) to provide a method to determine allocations for consumptive use permitting. The model estimates irrigation requirements for Florida crops, soils, irrigation systems and climate conditions. Since the model was originally developed, additional tasks were identified. This report documents the results of the additional tasks.
