In diesem Zusammenhang gewinnt die Maßnahme der Schulbegleitung zunehmend an Bedeutung, da sie dazu beiträgt, Schülerinnen und Schüler mit sonderpädagogischem Unterstützungsbedarf in inklusiven Bildungsumgebungen zu unterstützen. Diese Arbeit widmet sich der Untersuchung und Analyse der Schulbegleitung im Kontext eines Implementationsprozesses sowie deren Verknüpfung mit Schulentwicklungsmaßnahmen und kooperativen Ansätzen im multiprofessionellen Team. Die Einführung beginnt mit einem Überblick über die aktuelle Situation und die Herausforderungen der Schulbegleitung. Dabei werden kontroverse Diskussionen und unterschiedliche Ansätze in verschiedenen deutschen Bundesländern beleuchtet. Die Diskrepanz zwischen rechtlichen Vorgaben und praktischer Umsetzung sowie die Vielfalt der Konzepte werden herausgearbeitet. Im nächsten Schritt wird die Rolle der Schulbegleitung im Kontext der Schulentwicklung betrachtet. Dabei wird untersucht, wie Schulen auf veränderte Rahmenbedingungen reagieren und welche Bedeutung Kooperation im multiprofessionellen Team für die Umsetzung inklusiver Bildung hat. Es wird aufgezeigt, wie die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Lehrkräften, Sonderpädagoginnen und -pädagogen, sowie Schulbegleitungen gestaltet werden kann, um die Teilhabe aller Schülerinnen und Schüler zu gewährleisten. Ein zentraler Aspekt dieser Arbeit ist die Analyse von drei hypothetischen Modellen zur zukünftigen Ausgestaltung von Schulbegleitung. Diese Modelle werden anhand von Praxisbeispielen erläutert und ihre potenziellen Auswirkungen auf die Kooperation im multiprofessionellen Team diskutiert. Dabei wird auch auf die Herausforderungen und Chancen eingegangen, die sich aus den unterschiedlichen Ansätzen ergeben. Die Forschungsfrage, ob Schulbegleitung und schulische Lehrkräfte so miteinander verknüpft und kooperative Konzepte entwickelt werden können, dass die Teilhabe an inklusiver Bildung ermöglicht wird, steht im Mittelpunkt dieser Arbeit. Durch eine umfassende Analyse und Diskussion der verschiedenen Aspekte soll ein Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der Schulbegleitung geleistet werden. Schließlich werden auch mögliche Zukunftsaussichten für die Maßnahme im Allgemeinen betrachtet.

Das Übereinkommen der Vereinten Nationen über die Rechte von Menschen mit Behinderungen ist am 26. März 2009 in Deutschland in Kraft getreten ist. Es ist ein Meilenstein für die gleichberechtigte Teilhabe von Menschen mit Behinderungen in der Gesellschaft. Die Konvention verpflichtet die Vertragsstaaten unter anderem die Teilhabe für Menschen mit Behinderungen im allgemeinen Bildungssystem zu gewährleisten. Immer mehr Eltern von Kindern mit Beeinträchtigung nehmen dieses Recht auf die gemeinsame Beschulung in Anspruch. Doch nur die wenigsten allgemeinen Schulen sind mit entsprechenden Pflege-, Assistenz-, Hilfs- und/oder Fachkräften ausgestattet. Können diese Zusatzkräfte nicht oder nicht in ausreichendem Maße in einer allgemeinen Schule gewährleistet werden, so kann dies einen Anspruch der Eingliederungshilfe zur angemessenen Schulbildung, in Form einer Schulbegleitung, begründen. Im zweiten Kapitel wird diese Maßnahme der Schulbegleitung, unter verschiedenen Gesichtspunkten, näher beleuchtet. Doch für die Umsetzung der schulischen Inklusion bedarf es mehr als der Einstellung von Schulbegleitungen. Neben der alleinigen Einstellung mit eben diesen kommt der Kooperation, durch das fehlende allgemeingültige Konzept und der hohen Quote an unqualifizierten Kräften, für die Gewährleistung der Teilhabe des zu begleiteten Kindes an allgemeinen Schulen eine hohe Bedeutung zu. Das dritte Kapitel befasst sich daher mit der Kooperation in inklusiven Schulen. Nachdem der Begriff definiert und sich auf ein Verständnis von Kooperation festgelegt wurde, wird nachfolgend die Bedeutsamkeit der Kooperation in der inklusiven Schule erläutert. Doch besonders die Kooperation mit Schulbegleitungen birgt viele Herausforderungen, auf die im darauffolgenden Kapitel näher eingegangen wird. Trotz dieser Herausforderungen lassen sich signifikante Gründe erörtern, die für die Kooperation mit Schulbegleitungen sprechen. Aus dieser Erörterung und der Bedeutsamkeit von Kooperation in inklusiven Schulen ergibt sich die erste Fragestellung. "Wie gelingt es die Maßnahme der Schulbegleitung, in die kooperativen Prozesse inklusiver Schulsettings, einzubinden?"

Reactions to the topic are often monosyllabic. Along with the symptoms come interesting ideas: people with autistic disability live in their "own world," they have no feelings or social interest, and they are also geniuses. This work is concerned, among other things, with clearing up these false "facts". The main part of this thesis can be divided into three parts: first the topic of autism is dealt with, then that of attachment and finally attachment behavior in people with autism. This bachelor thesis does not only serve to enlighten about autism, i.e. to describe the development of autism research and the symptomatology, but also to dedicate a special aspect: the assumption that people with autistic disabilities have no social interest and do not develop emotions. In order to examine this aspect more closely, the time of early childhood will be addressed, the age at which the person forms his first attachments. It will be attempted to get to the bottom of the cause and purpose of attachment, the theory of attachment, the phases and forms that attachment goes through and takes on, as well as which factors promote stable attachment behavior. However, the questions that this bachelor thesis ultimately addresses are: Can all people form attachments in principle? If so, how do they manifest themselves in disabled children, especially in children with autistic disabilities? Are there any special features and if so, what are they due to? A special role in answering these questions will be played by the "Dynamic Maturation Model of Attachment and Adaptation" according to Dr. Patricia Crittenden.
