Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2003 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Allgemein, Note: bestanden, Pädagogische Hochschule Freiburg im Breisgau, Veranstaltung: Seminar, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Seit den 70er Jahren ist eine Entwicklung zu beobachten, in der sich Gruppen aus den unterschiedlichsten Bereichen, vom gesundheitlichen Bereich über die Politik bis hin zu Wohngemeinschaften und Betrieben, verselbstständigen. Kontrolle und Abhängigkeit werden abgelehnt, der Wunsch nach individueller Gestaltungsfreiheit wird laut. Es bildeten sich Selbsthilfegruppen, Initiativen und Bewegungen die den Anspruch haben „Lebensbereiche, die der eigenen Verfügbarkeit verlorengegangen bzw. entzogen sind, (wieder) selbst in die Hand zu nehmen.“1 Merkmale sozialer Selbsthilfe2: · Autonomie: Handeln aufgrund selbstbestimmter Vereinigungen von Bürgern, nicht veranlasst und geleitet von einer Organisations zentrale · Selbstgestaltung: Handeln als freiwilliges Mitgestalten, nicht nur Mitbestimmung gesellschaftlicher Tatbestände- sei es als Ergänzung, sei es als Reform von oder als Alternative zu bestehenden Sozialstrukturen. · Solidarität (Sozialengagement): Handeln nicht nur für sich, sondern auch für andere bzw. für ein größeres Gemeinsames, ein Gemeinwohl mit dem Ziel einer alternativen Lebensordnung, einer solidarischen statt der bestehenden Herrschaftsgesellschaft. · Betroffenheit: Handeln in einem überschaubaren, von den Handelnden kompetent mitgestaltbaren gesellschaftlichen Nahbereich in der Lebens- oder Arbeitswelt. Bei der Gründung selbstorganisierter Gruppen ist die Hoffnung vorhanden, im Gegensatz zu fremdbestimmten Gruppen, das Funktionen und Strukturen von selbst entstehen, ohne, dass hierfür gesorgt werden muss. Doch auch in sozialen Systemen, die unabhängig von deren Umwelt agieren müssen Entscheidungen getroffen werden, die unter bestimmten Regeln der Zusammenarbeit stehen. Es müssen nach wie vor Beziehungen zur Umwelt aufrecht erhalten werden, die unter Umständen relevant sind (z.B. für die Werbung von neuen Mitgliedern). Frei von Fremdbestimmung, entwickeln sich Zwänge innerhalb des Systems. Die individuelle Autonomie ist nicht mehr gegeben, wenn das System als ganzes autonom handelt.

Namentlich handelt es sich bei der Institution um die FILMARCHE E.V., einer Filmschule in Berlin, deren Konzept Selbstorganisation und basisdemokratische Strukturen als Grundlage hat. Um der Institution und ihrer Konzeption gerecht zu werden, verlangt es in dieser Untersuchung nach einer Ergänzung des Themenbereiches um einige Überlegungen zur Selbstorganisation. Die zugrunde liegende Fragestellung der Forschung lautete: Wie lässt sich die Effizienz einer selbstorganisierten Arbeitsgruppe in Relation zu ihrer Führungsperson bewerten und ggf. verbessern? Zunächst wird unter den Blickpunkten Arbeitsbedingungen, Konzept und Aufbau die Institution FilmArche vorgestellt. Im darauf folgenden Teil der Arbeit wird der theoretische Hintergrund zur Forschung erläutert. Zunächst sind einige Worte zum Stand der Kleingruppenforschung vonnöten, dann wird im Rahmen einer näheren Betrachtung des Gruppenbegriffs die untersuchte Gruppe näher klassifiziert. Da die verwendete Literatur sich speziell in ihren praktischen Empfehlungen auf den Lewinschen Ansatz der Feldtheorie und hierbei auf den von ihm definierten demokratischen Führungsstil stützt, folgt an dieser Stelle ein kurzer Exkurs, in dem die Feldtheorie als Grundgerüst für die theoretischen Überlegungen kurz erläutert werden. Nach einer kurzen Zusammenfassung des Aspektes der Selbstorganisation von Gruppen schließt dieser Teil der Arbeit mit den grundlegenden Überlegungen zur effektiven Gruppenleitung. Nach den Erörterungen zum methodischen Vorgehen im vierten Teil folgt die Auswertung der Daten, anhand welcher abschließend einige Überlegungen zur Verbesserung der Gruppeneffizienz und der Leitung der Gruppe angestellt werden. Erste Vermutungen sind, dass sich Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten der Führungsmechanismen zeigen lassen, die, in der Gruppe (im Rahmen dieser Arbeit jedoch nur gedanklich) umgesetzt, zu einer höheren Effizienz ihrer Arbeit führen können.

This series of HANDBOOKS OF LINGUISTICS AND COMMUNICATION SCIENCE is designed to illuminate a field which not only includes general linguistics and the study of linguistics as applied to specific languages, but also covers those more recent areas which have developed from the increasing body of research into the manifold forms of communicative action and interaction. For "classic" linguistics there appears to be a need for a review of the state of the art which will provide a reference base for the rapid advances in research undertaken from a variety of theoretical standpoints, while in the more recent branches of communication science the handbooks will give researchers both an overview and orientation. To attain these objectives, the series aims for a standard comparable to that of the leading handbooks in other disciplines, and to this end strives for comprehensiveness, theoretical explicitness, reliable documentation of data and findings, and up-to-date methodology. The editors, both of the series and of the individual volumes, and the individual contributors, are committed to this aim. The language of publication is English. The main aim of the series is to provide an appropriate account of the state of the art in the various areas of linguistics and communication science covered by each of the various handbooks; however no inflexible pre-set limits will is imposed on the scope of each volume. The series is open-ended, and can thus take account of further developments in the field. This conception, coupled with the necessity of allowing adequate time for each volume to be prepared with the necessary care, means that there is no set time-table for the publication of the whole series. Each volume is a self-contained work, complete in itself. The order in which the handbooks are published does not imply any rank ordering, but is determined by the way in which the series is organized; the editors of the whole series enlist a competent editor for each individual volume. Once the principal editor for a volume has been found, he or she then has a completely free hand in the choice of co-editors and contributors. The editors plan each volume independently of the others, being governed only by general formal principles. The series editors only intervene where questions of delineation between individual volumes are concerned. This proceedings volume contains talks and poster presentations from the International Symposium "Self-Organization in Complex Systems: The Past, Present, and Future of Synergetics", which took place at Hanse-Wissenschaftskolleg, an Institute of Advanced Studies, in Delmenhorst, Germany, during the period November 13 - 16, 2012. The Symposium was organized in honour of Hermann Haken, who celebrated his 85th birthday in 2012. With his fundamental theory of Synergetics he had laid the mathematical-physical basis for describing and analyzing self-organization processes in a diversity of fields of research. The quest for common and universal principles of self-organization in complex systems was clearly covered by the wide range of interdisciplinary topics reported during the Symposium. These extended from complexity in classical systems and quantum systems over self-organisation in neuroscience even to the physics of finance. Moreover, by combining a historical view with a present status report the Symposium conveyed an impression of the allure and potency of this branch of research as well as its applicability in the future.
