Efektivitas pelaksanaannya membutuhkan komitmen bersama di bawah kendali kepala sekolah atau rektor. Untuk menghasilkan lulusan lembaga pendidikan yang kompeten diperlukan input dan proses pendidikan yang bermutu. Buku ini merupakan buku ajar untuk matakuliah Manajemen Mutu Pendidikan, yakni salah satu mata kuliah wajib di program studi Manajemen Pendidikan atau Administrasi Pendidikan, baik S-1, S-2, maupun S-3.
