In creation, God established a system of divine law and order in the universe and humanity. The power and responsibility of men and fathers were given to them by God in His divine order of creation. In the creation of humanity, God first created man out of Himself, and put him in the Garden, to dress and keep it, giving him dominion, power, and the responsibility, to develop, control, and govern the environment of this world. Then God created the woman out of the man and gave her to the man, through which He created the family, making man the head of his family. By giving man headship and dominion, God was giving man the keys to his kingdom, making him the gatekeeper of his world. Therefore, holding the man responsible, and accountable for everything that gets into his world. This is why Jesus said; "When a strong man armed keeps his palace, his goods are in peace." The strong man armed, however, does not mean his physical ability, or the weapons of the world, but to be armed with the weapons of God. He is armed with the power of the Holy Spirit and the authority of the word of God. However, the men and fathers, of this generation, have walked away from their post; and have left the gates of the city, and the doors of their homes open, un-manned, and unprotected; leaving their families, easy prey for the enemy. Because the family is the foundation of society, as the family goes, so goes society; and society can never be fixed until the family is fixed, and the family can never be fixed, until the man, the father, is in his rightful place in God and in the home. In this book, we will explore the original plan and purpose of God for the world, humanity, and the family; and the effect of the failure of man upon the family, society, and God's remedy, and solution for man, and for the world. In this book, we will explore the original plan and purpose of God for the world, humanity, and the family; and the effect of the failure of man upon the family, society, and God's remedy, and solution for man, and for the world. Fathers play the most influential role in the stability and future success of their children. Yet so many times, children are left to grow up fatherless. In Life Without the Father, Clyde Stewart recounts his experiences as a young black man growing up without a father. When he found himself as a teenager with a child, he had to make a choice: perpetuate the cycle, or break free. Life Without the Father is written to guide men into success as they choose to fulfill their responsibilities as fathers. With common sense and spiritual insight, Clyde navigates the issues that fathers deal with and leads them to a place where they can see the vast importance of their role in this world. He reveals how God's divine purpose has been to entrust the seed of humanity with men, and that the blessings of the harvest are only possible through obedience to that calling. God has not called fathers in vain, however, because he has given them the power of his Holy Spirit so that they can accomplish and receive the blessings set before them. For those struggling with fatherhood, learn to see the true greatness and potential of a solid relationship with your child. For those that feel they have nothing to offer, find the special calling of God that he has only given to you.

Fatherhood And Love written by Alexandra Macht and has been published by Springer Nature this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2019-09-26 with Social Science categories.

This book explores how contemporary men understand love in the realm of family life and how they integrate it into their identity. Drawing from Ian Burkitt’s aesthetic theory of emotions, Macht presents rich data from qualitative interviews and observations with Scottish and Romanian involved fathers, to reveal how they maintain closeness to their children, their partners and their own family of origin. Reflecting on distances, separations, power, worry and intergenerational experiences of love Fatherhood and Love hypothesizes that fathers’ identities and emotionality rely on a variety of social relationships in their intimate environment. A new concept, ‘emotional bordering’, is introduced, to portray the tensions inherent in fathers’ identities and illuminate why gender progress happens slowly. Engaging with literature on love, masculinity, culture and father’s involvement from a unique perspective, this book will be of interest to students and scholars across a range of social science disciplines.
