In this book, the tripod of the same title from the author Amusa Abdulateef, we critically looked into the roles of the tripods of democracy and the media and the impacts on the populace. By these, the lasting solutions to end the paucity of right crops of leaders become a thing of the past. According to the author on the basis of his analytical researches, in order to have true leaders, we must end the epidemic rot called corruption at all levels of governance by the enactment and enforcement of punitive measures of national interest and values; in addition, right bills must be sponsored and the existing Acts require amendment. The author, Amusa Abdulateef is of the opinion that all the problems are solvable with the collaboration efforts of the three arms of government in a democracy and these should have support of the unofficial fourth arm called the media that must act the media partner and a bridge between the government and the people including institutions. Finally, the trouble shooting author identified the functions of those who should sponsor bills for the legislation at the tiers of government written in a very lucid language for the general public.
