Die Erfassung von geometrischen Parametern während des Laserdurchstrahlschweißprozesses (LDS) benötigt eine Messmethode, welche in der Lage ist, tomographische Daten aufnehmen zu können. In der Arbeit wird ein OCT-basiertes Konzept zur In-Prozess-Erfassung von geometrischen Parametern im LDS erarbeitet. Dabei werden die erforderlichen OCT-Systemparameter bestimmt. Es wird eine Messmittelfähigkeitsanalyse nach VDA 5 vorgenommen. Dann erfolgt die Laserintegration mit Validierungsmessungen.
