Wie Sportvereine Erfolgreich Kommunizieren Am Beispiel Des Gesundheitssports written by Martina Pauly and has been published by Diplomica Verlag this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2012 with Business & Economics categories.

Olympic Education written by Roland Naul and has been published by Meyer & Meyer Sport this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2010-04-01 with Education categories.

Olympic Education is not only a text book for students and teachers in physical and sport education but also for course instructors and coaches in children`s youth sport programmes, as well as for executives in sports federations. It answers the question, what the term "Olympic" really means in the broader context of the Olympic Games movement and as a global purpose and new challenge for a balanced physical, social and moral education. Olympic Education has a traditional vision and an important future mission that is relevant for all children and youths, in schools as well as in sport clubs. In five parts and fifteen chapters, the book shows why the Olympic ideals are a modern challenge not only for a new physical and sport education but also for the development of essential life skills for today. It introduces pedagogical and didactical fundamentals for an Olympic education, in order to bring motor abilities, social behaviour and moral actions in sports and everyday life back together again - in the mind, learning and actions of children and youths, but also of grown-ups in the social settings where young people live.

The Palgrave Handbook Of Paralympic Studies written by Ian Brittain and has been published by Springer this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2018-02-15 with Sports & Recreation categories.

This handbook provides a critical assessment of contemporary issues that define the contours of the Paralympic Movement generally and the Paralympic Games more specifically. It addresses conceptualisations of disability sport, explores the structure of the Paralympic Movement and considers key political strategic and governance issues which have shaped its development. The Palgrave Handbook of Paralympic Studies is written by a range of international authors, a number of whom are senior strategists as well as academics, and explores legacy themes through case studies of recent Paralympic games. Written in the wake of the 2016 Rio Paralympic Games, it provides an assessment of contemporary challenges faced by the International Paralympic Committee and other key stakeholders in the Paralympic Movement. Its critical assessment of approaches to branding, classification, social inclusion and technological advances makes this handbook a valuable resource for undergraduate study across a range of sport and disability related programmes, as well as a point of reference for researchers and policy makers.

Leisure And Urban Processes written by Peter Bramham and has been published by Routledge this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2017-10-24 with Social Science categories.

First published in 1989. Focusing on leisure and policy in West European cities, this interdisciplinary study is written by leading policy analysts and academics from six European Community states: Belgium, France, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. The emergence of leisure as a significant area of public policy in both developed and developing economies has been recognised only relatively recently, and this book was the first to deal with urban leisure policy in a European context. Common themes in this study include the use of tourism as a strategic tool for the economic regeneration of cities, leisure as a vehicle of community development and of social integration, and the role of leisure in the development of socialist municipal policy programmes. This book should be of interest to policy makers in local government, lecturers and students of development, tourism, economics, and urban studies.
