Este estudio esta orientado a describir el trabajo de grado y la practica empresarial realizada en la E.S.E HOSPITAL SANTA MONICA, implementando el sistema gestion de calidad, enfocado a la documentacion del proceso de gestion de los recursos, que tiene entre su campo de accion, los recursos fisicos, humanos, infraestructura y el mantenimiento de tales recursos con los respectivos soportes y apoyo tecnologico. Toda la documentacion del sistema de gestion de la calidad, se basa en las normas ISO 9001:2000, y se sujeto a todos los procesos, procedimientos, instructivos, entradas y salidas de cada una de las areas y unidades dentro del hospital. Para efecto de aclarar cuales eran las necesidades de cada area y de servicio, se formaron grupos de auditores y un comite de calidad dentro del hospital que permitiera especificar cada entrada y salida de cada proceso. El hospital tuvo asesoria de una empresa especializada en certificacion ISO 9001 y con el apoyo de un asesor. Para la documentacoin de la parte de gestion de los recursos, se conto con el apoyo de los dueños de los procesos de gestion de los recursos, responsable de mantenimiento, asesora juridica y jefe de recursos humanos, y ademas con un apoyo constante de documentos ya existentes enviados por el ministerio de proteccion social, la secretaria de salud departamental y el laboratorio de salud publica con la colaboracion del ingeniero encargado de mantenimiento se revisaron los formatos generados por el ministerio de salud y se desarrollaron los nuevos, que corresponden a la documentacion del proceso de la gestion de los recursos, se procesio a cumplir con todos los requisitos en cuanto a metrologia y mantenimiento de equipos biomedicos, todo para satisfacer las necesidades de los usuarios. The Mini Nutritional Assessment (MNA) provides a single, rapid assessment of nutritional status in the elderly of different degrees of independence, allowing the prevalence of protein-energy malnutrition to be determined and to evaluate the efficacy of nutritional intervention and strategies. Easy, quick and economical to perform, it enables staff to check the nutritional status of elderly people when they enter hospitals or institutions and to monitor changes occurring during their stay. Moreover, the MNA is predictive of the cost of care and length of stay in hospital.
