Gleichzeitig haben sich die Rahmenbedingungen des Arbeitens nur wenig verändert: Der Arbeitsplatz von Lehrer*innen bleibt sowohl zeitlich als auch räumlich gesehen zweigeteilt. Somit ist es kaum verwunderlich, dass das Thema Belastungen und deren Folgen für das Individuum wie auch für das berufliche Handlungsfeld von Lehrkräften einen viel diskutierten Bereich darstellt. Aneli Hüttner untersucht mittels einer Fallstudie an einem Berliner beruflichen Oberstufenzentrum die Belastungsdifferenzen zwischen Lehrer*innengruppen im Kontext unterschiedlicher Schüler*innengruppen und/oder Schulformen sowie schulischer Rahmenbedingungen. Insbesondere steht dabei die Arbeitszeitverteilung im Hinblick auf das Stundendeputat im Fokus. Auf die bestehenden Überlegungen und Ergebnisse der einschlägigen Literatur aufbauend, kann die hier vorgelegte Studie zeigen, dass Arbeitszeit und deren Organisation einen wesentlichen Faktor im Belastungserleben von Lehrer*innen darstellen können. Diesem kann jedoch mit relativ niedrigschwelligen Lösungsansätzen, z. B. Schulpolitik, Note: 1,0, Universität Bielefeld, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Arbeit hat das Ziel, Erkenntnisse zum Einsatz und Stellenwert von Zeit- und Selbstmanagementstrategien bei angehenden und berufserfahrenen Lehrkräften zu generieren und diese in einen Zusammenhang mit dem subjektiven Stress- und Belastungserleben der Lehrenden zu stellen. Die Gegenüberstellung von angehenden Lehrkräften beziehungsweise Referendaren und berufserfahrenen Lehrkräften erscheint besonders fruchtbar, weil sie sich in unterschiedlichen berufsbiographischen Stadien befinden, die durch vermeintlich divergierende Charakteristika, Anforderungen und potenzielle Stressoren geprägt sind. Daher soll in dieser Forschungsarbeit untersucht werden, ob und falls ja, inwiefern sich zwischen angehenden und berufserfahrenen Lehrkräften in folgenden Schwerpunkten Differenzen aufzeigen lassen: (1) Die Beschreibung des Stressverständnisses und Stresserlebens, (2) die Identifikation von Techniken der Zeit- und Arbeitsorganisation und (3) die Identifikation von Selbstmanagementstrategien (darunter Work-Life-Balance, Erholungserleben, arbeitsbezogene Persönlichkeitsmerkmale). Zur Erforschung der dargestellten Forschungsschwerpunkte werden in Kapitel 2 grundlegende Termini voneinander abgegrenzt, sodass darauf aufbauend verschiedene Forschungsperspektiven in Form von Stressmodellen dargestellt werden können. Anschließend erfolgt eine Betrachtung von Stress im Arbeitskontext – zunächst generell und anschließend im Kontext des Lehrerberufs. An dieser Stelle wird auch ein Überblick über Belastungsfaktoren des Lehrerberufs und des Referendariats gegeben. Kapitel 3 fokussiert eine salutogenetische Perspektive, indem Zeit- und Selbstmanagement definitorisch verortet, konzeptuell bestimmt und ihre Bedeutung für den Lehrerberuf in den Blick genommen werden. In Kapitel 4 werden die Forschungsfragen und Hypothesen dieser Untersuchung vorgestellt, die sich aus den theoretischen Erkenntnissen ableiten lassen. Dieses Kapitel umfasst zudem eine Beschreibung des Forschungsdesigns sowie dem Vorgehen bei der Datenerhebung und -auswertung. Kapitel 5 stellt die Ergebnisse anhand von Auswertungskategorien zunächst dar, diskutiert diese unter berufsbiographischen Gesichtspunkten und fasst die Ergebnisse zusammen, auf deren Grundlage eine Hypothesengenerierung und -modifikation erfolgen kann. An die Limitation der Ergebnisse in Kapitel 6 schließen sich ein Fazit und Ausblick an.
