In dieser Arbeit wird ein umfassender Blick auf die strategischen Entscheidungen und Strukturen einer Sport-Beratungsagentur geworfen. Im ersten Abschnitt werden die Schlüsselaspekte des Standortes und der gewählten Unternehmensform beleuchtet. Dabei wird aufgezeigt, dass die Entscheidung für einen Standort eine weitreichende konstitutive Entscheidung darstellt, die den langfristigen Handlungsrahmen eines Unternehmens festlegt. Die Auswahl eines geeigneten Standortes erfordert eine sorgfältige Abwägung verschiedener Faktoren, darunter bereits vorhandene Infrastrukturen, gesetzliche Vorschriften, und die Zielgruppe des Unternehmens. Hierbei wird besonders auf die Zielgruppe, die Infrastruktur und die Netzwerkstruktur des Standortes eingegangen. Der zweite Abschnitt dieser Arbeit befasst sich mit der Corporate Identity des Unternehmens. Die Corporate Identity umfasst die Gesamtheit der Merkmale, die das Selbstverständnis und das Image eines Unternehmens prägen. Es wird erläutert, wie eine klare und konsistente Corporate Identity dazu beiträgt, das Unternehmen von anderen zu unterscheiden und eine starke Markenpräsenz zu etablieren. Der dritte Abschnitt widmet sich den Phasen der Teamentwicklung nach Tuckman. Hierbei werden die vier Phasen – Forming, Storming, Norming und Performing – analysiert und in den Kontext von Teamarbeit in Unternehmen gesetzt. Es wird erörtert, wie Teams diese Phasen durchlaufen und welche Herausforderungen in jeder Phase auftreten können. Im vierten Abschnitt werden mögliche Probleme in Team- und Projektarbeiten betrachtet. Hierbei werden Schwierigkeiten identifiziert, die in der Zusammenarbeit von Teams auftreten können, und es werden Lösungsansätze vorgeschlagen, um diesen Problemen zu begegnen. Der fünfte Abschnitt beschäftigt sich mit der Rollenverteilung und dem Verhaltenskodex für Teamarbeit. Es wird erläutert, wie eine klare Rollenverteilung und ein Verhaltenskodex dazu beitragen können, effektive Teamarbeit zu fördern und Konflikte zu minimieren.

Lynch suggest that the model for modes of entry and Porter ́s 4 international strategies are a good way to evaluate a company ́s international strategies, so those will be used in a combination for this report. Burberry PLC is a manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer based in London, which operates in the luxury sector and is selling apparel and non-apparel products on high quality standards. The company has about 10.000 employees in over 500 stores around the world. Its revenue in 2016/17 was about £2,8 billion and its EBIT close to £400 million, making it one of the strongest companies in the UK. Because of its high status and quality, it received two royal warrants from Britain ́s royal family over the years giving the company high prestige and backing up their operations. The sector of luxury goods is a fast-paced, highly competitive with strong names such as Gucci, Luis Vuitton, Prada and Hermes. Designs change fast and so does fashion. As most of the large luxury companies, Burberry operates mainly in Europe, the US and Asia. The wealthy areas of central Europe with its high living standard, the rising number of millionaires in China and India and the constant need of luxury in the United States give all prestigious companies reasons to expand and do business in those regions.

Regarding the historical background and the probability of him not knowing a Jewish person, Shakespeare is to be declared as a typical mind of the Elizabethan age. The mentality of the Elizabethan age is resembled in the plot, therefore it was easy for the audience to understand and laugh about this comedy, particularly about the image of the Jew Shylock. Shylock himself has a dominant aversion towards Christians and it is not mentioned whether this attitude derives from his sufferance or is a streak of him. The reader of the past-holocaust-age has a tendency to criticize the Christian behaviour throughout the plot, to feel pity with Shylock and to defend his actions and conduct. A lot of evidence demonstrate fundamental differences and bias between the Jews and Christians in the play The Merchant of Venice. But one ought always consider the time, when the play was written, and the audience, for whom it was written. Fact is that Jews as Christians both pretend to act pious but evidently do not.
