Il periodo di chiusura e di distanziamento sociale, che la pandemia da Covid-19 ha comportato a partire da marzo 2020, ha condizionato e portato a forme di didattica tra le più flessibili e funzionali, in base alle decretazioni ministeriali e alle risorse che le università sono riuscite a gestire e allocare.La ricerca presentata in questo volume ha puntato a studiare come, nell’anno accademico 2021/2022, si è sviluppata la didattica in forma mista, permettendo sempre a più studenti di riprendere la frequenza in presenza delle lezioni, e di conseguenza l’abitare gli spazi universitari, il vivere liberamente i percorsi di studio.La ri-presa della didattica in presenza ha comportato una forte riflessione sulle diverse forme della didattica universitaria. La possibilità di frequentare i corsi a intermittenza o in forma saltuaria, quando addirittura negata, ha portato molti studenti a ridimensionare non solo la frequenza, ma addirittura la percezione di utilità della stessa e ha fatto diminuire certamente il grado di relazione sociale e di comunità.In questo volume si riportano i risultati di due studi: 1) monitoraggio delle matricole universitarie del CdS in Scienze dell’Educazione e Formazione di Sapienza; 2) valutazione delle dimensioni di percezione e atteggiamento di studenti universitari nei confronti del futuro e di se stessi.

In questo volume si presentano alcune piste di ricerca-formazione che Sapienza, Università di Roma, ha sviluppato in questi anni nel liceo Morgagni di Roma, e che rientrano nel piano di monitoraggio del Progetto SRR (La Scuola delle Relazioni e della Responsabilità). Il progetto della scuola ha riguardato una sezione, la G, che ha attuato e sta attuando da alcuni anni specifici principi di valutazione formativa: la proposta didattica consiste nel fornire durante il quadrimestre valutazioni descrittive, formative, orientative per migliorare gli apprendimenti e per giungere, solo a fine quadrimestre, ad attribuire voti. Una scommessa didattica e pedagogica che ha investito i diversi consigli della sezione e attivato una forte riflessione collettiva dell’intero Istituto scolastico. Il progetto di questa scuola è stato, ed è al centro di interesse nazionale, aprendo la pista a innumerevoli esperienze che stanno portando a riflessioni pedagogiche e a innovazioni didattiche necessarie.Nello specifico questo volume presenta sia i risultati di un piano di osservazione della didattica, che studenti dell’università hanno compiuto in due classi della sezione G, sia la raccolta e analisi di testimonianze di studenti della stessa sezione che si sono diplomati nello scorso anno scolastico. Due piste di ricerca per contribuire all’ambizioso e rigoroso progetto di monitoraggio che una scuola secondaria di secondo grado ha voluto sviluppare in questi anni.L’osservazione e l’intervista diretta sono stati ritenuti gli strumenti di ricerca più idonei per andare a indagare in modo qualitativo ed autentici quelle variabili educative che una didattica innovativa può promuovere, per rendere gli studenti parte attiva del processo di insegnamento-apprendimento.

Per questo parliamo di scuola dimenticata: sconosciuta ai più, trascurata sia dalla politica che dalla ricerca, frenata da vincoli pensati per altre scuole, continua il suo lavoro silenzioso e prezioso nell’ombra, arrivando anche in carcere e perfino negli ex ospedali psichiatrici giudiziari.Nel frattempo, il bisogno di competenze solide e aggiornate è sempre più forte e gli adulti sono sottoposti a pressioni sociali ed economiche continue. Per questo, le linee comuni europee ci chiedono di assicurare, entro il 2030, che almeno il 60% degli adulti partecipi ad attività formative ogni anno. Nonostante i numerosi problemi, il sistema dell’Istruzione degli Adulti italiano può raccogliere questa sfida e contribuire a raggiungere questi ambiziosi obiettivi, a patto però di procedere a un profondo lavoro di riorganizzazione e di professionalizzazione del corpo docente.

The First Conference of the International Society for the Study of Time was held at the Mathematisches Forschungsinstitut at Oberwolfach in the Black Forest, Federal Republic of Germany from Sunday, 31 August to Saturday, 6 September, 1969. The origin of this conference and the formation of the Society goes back to a proposal due to J. T. Fraser that was discussed at a conference on "Interdisciplinary Perspectives of Time" held by the New York Academy of Sciences in January, 1966. It was unanimously agreed than that an international society should be formed on an interdisciplinary basis with the object of stimulating interest in all problems concerning 'time and that this object could best be attained by means of conferences held at regular intervals. J. T. Fraser was elected Secretary, S. Watanabe Treasurer, and I was elected President. It was agreed, at my suggestion, that the organization of the first conference of the newly formed Society be left to a committee of these three officers, on the understanding that they would invite authorities on the role of time in the various special sciences and humanities to form an Advisory Board to assist them. One of the main difficulties in seeking support for an interdisciplinary conference is that most foundations confine their interest exclusively either to the sciences or to the humanities.
