Researching the official and unofficial terms related to soybeans, I was able to find countless population studies in different populations (Asian and non-Asian), which documented benefits in terms of disease prevention, and in particular, different types of cancer.Studies of better scientific quality to attest to health causality, such as randomized and controlled trials, as well as studies supporting positive associations, such as longitudinal (Cohort) of great magnitude and well-controlled, clearly demonstrate that many hypotheses thought to induce risk or harm related to soy consumption are unsubstantiated.The direction of the effects of soy consumption is quite clear in the scientific literature.
