Sans vous rabâcher la madeleine de Proust, chacun de nous profite (ou subit) une éducation vineuse à un moment donné de son vécu, dans un pays donné, au sein d'un groupe social donné. Chacun appartient donc à une culture du vin issue d'une éducation vineuse. Si bien qu'il est juste de dire que la définition que l'on donne individuellement au vin est marquée par notre éducation. Mais quelle éducation du vin transmet-on finalement au fil des générations ?
