We'll have to find a way to deal with this while at the same time trying to uncover ways that we can motivate our entire team. To show leadership to your team, you need to be able to communicate with them. There are many different ways to go about doing this, but more often than not, giving an effective speech is the most direct. This is a skill that every IT manager has to work at. Public speaking is a tool that will permit you to show your leadership skills.
