Sometimes we need a little help to get started or back on track with our fitness. This series allows you to decide how much time you need to jumpstart your wellness. I decided to write this book to share my fitness/health journey and everything I have learned because it is my hope that sharing my story will help others that have health challenges like myself. I want them and everyone else to know that YOUR best wellness is achievable. From the time that I was cleared to work out after my transplant to this very day, my fitness journey has been and continues to be a constant struggle with health setbacks and injuries. At the time I am writing this book I am suffering from a long set back, but the key is I never give up and you should not either. I have learned so much from my trainers and instructors over the years. I have also tried different workouts, different foods, and snacks, and even learned to cook and prepare my meals differently. It has all helped me get back on track when I fall of or have a setback. It is never easy to have to continue to start over, but I have found that Journaling helps keep you on track with your progress. You can also use your journal to show your trainer or your doctor your progress. In addition to the journal, you will track your medication if needed, find some references for common diseases, and some of my favorite healthy recipes.
